The Junior, Premium, and One-bedroom suites open to a private terrace with expansive panoramic sea views. The Cave accommodations, unique to the resort, pay homage to the free-spirited, festival vibe of the island. The resort’s dining options include three restaurants and a selection of informal dining settings and bars. These venues operate on a farm-to-table ethos that highlights natural, sustainable and local produce. A substantial portion of the ingredients used at the resort are sourced from Can Tanca, the resort’s very own farm and gardens, located near the town of Santa Gertrudis, in the centre of the island.
North Ibiza, conceived by Chef Eyal Shani, offers dishes that reflect the spirit and taste of the Mediterranean. Signature dishes feature seasonal vegetarian small plates, fresh seafood, and prime Spanish meat dishes, all designed to share. As a sanctuary for holistic wellness, Six Senses Ibiza’s spa offers an array of rejuvenating treatments inspired by ancient healing traditions. Bespoke treatments are offered using a combination of high-tech and high-touch curated by reputed specialists and expert yogic masters. Spread over 1,200 square meters, the spa houses a steam room, hammam, a caldarium hot bath, a cascade shower, five treatment rooms and a state-of-the-art fitness area. The facilities also include outdoor massage catacombs, a boxing ring and a seafront yoga deck. The spa manages organic gardens where spa botanicals are grown.
